Prior to moving in, you may need to have a consultation with our IT Support Consultants to establish your exact requirements. Your consultation and set-up will be charged at our on-site IT rates (£60 + VAT per hour).

SDSL - POA
The monthly charge covers your internet connection and phone line rental.
This service is tailored to provide maximum flexibility with a 1-month termination period. Please note that you will need to pay per user for access to the Switched Infrastructure
and CAT5 Network.
*Note - if you exceed your allowance on the limited packages, you will be notified. You will then be given the opportunity to regrade to a higher service, experience restricted access until the end of the month or temporarily increase your budget by £2+VAT per additional GB.

This per user charge can be minimised if you have a wireless router in your office or a mini hub.

The set-up fee covers the installation of both the phone line and the internet connection. It also covers one hour of our IT Support to configure our router, set up VLANs, wire up the connection, test the line and provide connection information. Should you require additional support with setting up your connection, this will be charged at £60+VAT per hour (Standard IT Support rates).
Virtual Private Networks
Our service can be configured to support most VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) to enable you to access files or information in another office location. Hardware/Software required for this service and set-up fees may be discussed with our provider and we will provide a Static IP address.
*Please
note that this is an ADSL connection and, as such , it can be subject to outages with no SLA.
