Terms and Conditions - Our 50% offer applies to meeting room hire only at CBC House between 1 January 2012 and 28 February 2012. Meetings taking place outwith these dates, will be charged at our standard rates. Bookings must occur within standard office hours (between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday). Additional catering, audio-visual hire, etc. will be charged at standard rates. For consecutive bookings, the 50% discount will apply to the first day only and thereafter a 25% discount will apply. This offer is subject to availability.

This room is suitable for up to 4 people around a circular table.

One Hour: £14 + VAT

Half Day: £50 + VAT

Full Day: £95 + VAT

Meeting Room

This room can accommodate up to 8 people around an oval table.

One Hour: £22 + VAT

Half Day: £80 + VAT

Full Day: £150 + VAT

Conference Room

This room can accommodate up to 24 people boardroom style and up to 50 theatre style. The room can be set up in a variety of layouts to accommodate most training scenarios.

One Hour: £POA

Half Day: £160 + VAT

Full Day: £300 + VAT
