In serviced
accommodation, your monthly licence fee covers your rent, rates,
heating, lighting, power, cleaning, reception facilities, furniture,
telephone handsets, telephone answering, telephone number, line
rental, visitor's parking, mail handling, kitchen, toilet and
shower facilities and buildings insurance. You also have access
to meeting facilities and additional business support services
on a pay-as-you use basis.

is serviced office space easier and more hassle free than traditional

IT
& Telecoms
Each workstation in CBC House is equipped with high spec digital
telephones which, unlike some other centres, are included in the
monthly licence fee. All our clients have access to our continuously
developing range of Broadband Internet Packages and
we also offer on-site IT support.

a 16-person office located on the first floor- available in September.

a 3 person office located on the second floor - available in September.
Suite 4 - Schoolhouse :-
a 2-3 person office located on the first floor - rates here are slightly cheaper as the offices are not within our main building. Available now.
