In serviced accommodation, your monthly licence fee covers your rent, rates, heating, lighting, power, cleaning, reception facilities, furniture, telephone handsets, telephone answering, telephone number, line rental, visitor's parking, mail handling, kitchen, toilet and shower facilities and buildings insurance. You also have access to meeting facilities and additional business support services on a pay-as-you use basis.

IT & Telecoms
Each workstation in CBC House is equipped with high spec digital telephones which, unlike some other centres, are included in the monthly licence fee. All our clients have access to our continuously developing range of Broadband Internet Packages and we also offer on-site IT support.

This is a 7 person office located on the first floor and it is available now.

Suite 1, 2 & 3 - 21 Torphichen Street

This is the lower ground floor of 21 Torphichen Street. We would prefer to sell the whole space to one company, however, may consider letting the rooms individually. The space is split into two offices for 4 people and one office for 3.
